  • Prenatal Lactation Education

  • 24/7 on-call period  (after 37 weeks)

  • 2 Prenatal Visits

  • 1 Postpartum Visit

  • Labor & Birth Support (1 hour afterbirth)

 

*Add Prenatal or Postpartum Visit for ($35 hourly)

Dear Mama Doula Postpartum Package $950

  • 12 Hours Of Postpartum Care & Support (min 4 hours/day) 

  • Mommy Rest & Restoration Time 

  • Newborn Care

  • Breastfeeding & Lactation Support 

  • Postpartum Recovery Kit & Methods

  • Meal Preparation

  • Baby-Wearing Support & Guidance

  • Light House Cleaning & Restocking Baby Station
